Need funding for forensic equipment?

There's a good article in the November Law Enforcement Technology that discusses how to apply for grants to purchase forensic equipment. They cite two grant programs that we know have been successful in securing funding for forensic video equipment: Paul Coverdell Forensic Science Improvement Grants Program and the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) program.
